DONATIONS
For many years the Trusts income balanced it’s outgoings reasonably well but the past three years have seen extraordinary expenses incurred for significant repair works needed to the Trust’s property as storms and general ageing have taken their toll. Consequently outgoings have significantly exceeded income and reduced the reserves needed to allow us to keep the Woodlands open to the public in the long term. The Trust therefore welcomes donations to help maintain and restore footpaths, walls and orchards.
In the future we will also be offering opportunities to sponsor specific projects and key additions to the Ashmeadow Woodlands and Orchards that might appeal to those regular users who would like to see more direct impacts of their donations.
